The main focus of this unit is on classroom management techniques including a lot of factors such as teacher's physical presence impact, how and when to use students' names, different ways of grouping students, organizing teacher and student's position, appropriate usage of the board, giving proper individual attention, reducing teacher's talking time whilst increasing students' talking time, how to give instructions and check them effectively, the ways to establish report between teacher and students and also students themselves, and eventually, maintaining discipline regarding problem behavior in the classroom. From my point of view, class management plays a considerably momentous part in the process of teaching and learning as all EFL/ESL teachers MUST know these techniques and learn how to put them into practice in order to have the adequate and conducive knowledge and skill of this part of teaching leading them to have a successful class
