I think this unit did a decent job at reflecting how a classroom should be managed. However, I do not believe it is possible to manage people. People, no matter what age, have got to be inspired. I also do not think it is possible to really get a good assessment of how well a person will do with regard to \"classroom management\" until they have actually gone through the process because every individual is different and experiences are different so classroom management is going to have to be developed as we become more and more familiar and comfortable with facilitating ESL learning. Finally, I think that the manner in which the questions were asked had too much of the \"what NOT\" in them. It gets cumbersome and promotes confusion.
