This unit was much \"fluffier\" than the last one in content, but was nonetheless important. While I did learn some important information, most of the instruction here is self explanatory. It essentially outlines how to have good people skills, speak publicly, and control a group of people. The seating arrangement section was enlightening and it was interesting to see what sort of dynamic would play out given certain positioning. That's all I got for this one :) P.S. You folks really need someone to edit these online units. I have come across multiple typos which reflects poorly in an instructional tool for teaching English... just saying.
