This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
Unit 17 covered Equipment and Teaching Aids. There are a number of different aids used to teach in a classroom, and the unit covered pretty much everything you need to know with a lot of resources that can be used to help. I remember my teachers using Overhead Projectors and Interactive Whiteboards, and I found it to be really helpful when writing notes down. I think it would also help me in teaching students in order for them to have a better understanding of the information I am providing them with.
This unit was really easy to understand. It was right to the point. I still find ESA lessons a little difficult, but as the units continue, I'm trying to understand it more.
