This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
This course allowed me to see the fundamentals of the teaching english as a foreign language. So I learned to develop courses, organizing them, to make my imagination in order to create creative activities allowing develop coherent courses. Similarly, this course allowed me to review the rules of grammar, elements which are essential to be able to create a quality work environment. Similarly, this course allowed me to learn to teach the four skills allowing students to know the english language in any condition.
In addition, this course allowed me to see how to structure a lesson plan in order to able to use it during the class period and so allow the creation a coherent thread. It should also be noted that the use of the structure "Engage, Study, Activate" allows me to mobilize all my knowledge as consistently as possible and so allow my students to progress. This course allowed me to approach all the elements allowing me to be a good teacher, to be able to handle any situation, whether to create courses that touch on all the elements essential to learning the english language.
Thus, all the knowledge gained from this training will allow me to transmit in a structured way all my knowledge’s, to convey to my students my passion for teaching and seeing them progress.
In exchange, I will learn, I think, a lot about their cultures allowing creating a constructive dialogue that will advance my students to progress intellectually and progress myself. This is why I like the teaching profession, this profession enables to transmit knowledge and see his student’s progress. From my point of view, it's the best reward.
