The videos were helpful and I would like to think that I have been teaching my classes exactly like the teacher does in the second video. The first video is truly painful to watch and I would hate to think that there are teachers who fall into the category of being a horrible teacher that gives terrible lessons such as the one depicted in the first video. I have been teaching ESL for the past sixteen years and I can honestly say that the ESA format used in the second video is very similar to my own lesson plans. The videos are helpful to first time teachers who may not know how to teach in a classroom setting.
