Overcoming these potential difficulties is a challenge for the teachers however I feel once they have been met, then confidence in the teacher builds. The teacher is familiar with these difficulties and is able to conduct methods that overcome these problems. I feel more educated and prepared for the scenarios that may come towards me, however one thing is certain, every class is different. Every student is different. It solely depends on the teacher on how to achieve the most effective may to counter these challenges. I feel prepared and excited to take this training further and see where my development leads me.
