Unit 8 deals elaborately with the 7 different forms and uses of the future tense.
The future simple could be used for assumptions, Threats, promises facts etc.
The future continuous could be used to predict the present , refer to future events that have been decided etc.
The future perfect is used to describe an action that would have been completed by a certain time in the future.
The others are the future perfect continuous, the \"going to\" future tense, the perfect simple and the perfect continuous.
I learnt that if proper care is not taken, the tenses could be mixed up for instance the present simple and the present continuous. the terms in which they are used in the future form is a little different from how they are used in their own form hence, if not properly understood, they could be mixed up.
