This was a necessary Unit for all of my questions. While progressing through the course some of these trouble shooting questions came up for me and I am glad this section was included. I am glad to hear that teachers are not recommended to jump straight into the lesson plans on the first day but rather use games, surveys, and ice breakers to get to know students and needs. This module was a bit difficult and needed to be read a few times to understand. It was however interesting to learn about pronounciation and phonology. When speaking i never notice the pattern of intonation but it was us useful to find out when they are used and what they mean. Reading up on stress was also useful although it is rather easy to tell what someone is saying.
