Building a good rapport with students can help to maintain discipline with a class but also the mere fact that the school disciplinary action and strictness also helps to maintain good behavior within the class room. A teachers we have to carefully know our students in order to analyze which disciplinary actions will be able to manage students behavior in the class. As teacher we are encouraged to rotate the class seating as much as possible taking into consideration the student's personality towards each other. There are some activities that can be negative and positive withing a classroom when want to manage the classroom effectively. As teacher we have to be vigilant in the class be firm when necessary and show the students much love in order for them to learn.
