There are many ways in which we can develop a course for young learners. In order to do so we might be required to design and create our own syllabus for students. Although many schools will hand us their own syllabus, in some schools or for private teaching it will most likely be not available. We will need to plan and conduct various types of tests and evaluations of students needs and progress. We may as well need to prepare students to some specific Examinations in English like KET. We would very likely have to consider many limiting factors like what the employer wants or time constrains, available resources, cultural issues or the students' social environment. Also as teachers we would need to evaluate the course in order to make another course even better.
