In this unit I learned on classroom management. How to effectively use my voice, eyes and gesture. How to group the classroom by seating arrangement, the pros and cons of each type of arrangement. I need to use the same level of language skills of my students or even lower. I need to speak very slowly and be clear in my pronunciation. The need to have less teacher talking time and encourage and increased student talk time.In this unit we covered classroom management. This covered topics such as how and when to use eye contact and gestures, as well as how our voice influences students. Basically we will eventually come up with our own teaching styles and ways to manage our class rooms but in this u it there were several pros and cons to different techniques and problems that ,ignited arise and ways we could handle or even avoid situations.
