There are many different ways and techniques in learning and in teaching. This unit is very helpful for new teachers to adapt basic styles of teaching and modify when he/she encounters different situations in real life. This unit has taught me to always be positive and encouraging when teaching. It also has given me many tools in designing a class or a program in a progressive way in learning/teaching. This is a very essential unit.Unit 20 the final unit deals with the problems encountered by a lot new teachers. This unit helped to show many different problems encountered during the course and how to deal with them. The unit is important as a final unit as it allowed us to get a final grasp on dealing with students who do not fit into any norm or established classroom dynamic. Overall this course helped me to become both a better learner and a better student.
