Unit 10 explores 2 real life scenarios of a teacher in a live classroom. Option 1 shows a teacher struggling to engage his students. He makes assumptions about the students' abilities and presumes his lesson materials are \"easy\". The instructor is unclear, boomerang, and repetitive not providing variation to keep students interested. In option 2 the teacher is way more engaging. He smiles, introduces himself and takes time to learn the students' names making the class feel welcome. He is patient light hearted yet encouraging and interacts with each student in a personable way. His lesson evolves naturally and builds on each previous phase to reinforce the goals of the lesson. All the students get to participate and feel a sense of accomplishment.
