Teaching English as a foreign language can be challenging .As an English language teacher we need to adapt to our students needs ,what ever they may be.This can mean dealing with a variety of problems in the classroom. As teachers we must be able to recognize these problems and work to find solutions that benefit both student and teacher. Many times, students will look to the teacher to correct answers instead of trying to find out the right answers for themselves. It is important at all times to encourage the students to use English at all times in the classroom .The teacher should know the code of conduct for the school he or she works at and should enforce it at all time but not to be too strict but be understanding and fair with all students.
