To be an effective teacher and classroom manager, I need to consider who the students are, their level of ability, and how to help them best learn by providing simple, clear, and not overwhelming instruction which will allow them to work in pairs or small groups together. I am already an enthusiastic learner myself and I enjoy helping others discover new things and working collaborative and creatively.This unit is quite tricky on the phrasal verb part. Nonetheless, i have learnt that it is more polite to use 'may' for polite request than 'can'. Also passive voice is used if the person or time of the action is not important or known. Since phrasal verbs are quite difficult for students to memorize, teachers must consciously use them in communicating with students so that they can learn unconsciously.
