In this Unit teachers learn what makes a 'good' teacher and a 'good' learner, which roles the teacher may perform during the class, which factors influence the learning and teaching processes as well as student's learning abilities and specifics, different laguage levels according to the general scale and the broadly corresponding levels of the Common European Framework Scale. This Unit has encouraged me to analyse myself as a teacher from the perspective of my students as well as gain more understanding of factors influencing students' learning abilities. I've learnt that, however talented and passionate for lerning a student might be, it will largely depend on the teacher to encourage and foster these attributes in the classroom.
