I learned that all perfect forms use a version of 'have'. It was interesting to see how different past forms can be used together to create multiple events in the past, which may or may not have continued depending on the sentence. This segment really solidified my knowledge of the continuous forms always having a 'verb+ing' and helped solidify what a past participle is in my mind. This unit demonstrates the dramatic difference between a good and bad teaching methodology. In lesson 1, the teacher was making mistakes all over the place. He was angry and impatient. He didn't ensure the students followed what he was teaching. He used the term modal verbs which had no contextual meaning to the class as opposed to lesson 2 he simply gave an example of modal verbs.
