This unit has given account of classroom management which refers to the skill of organizing and managing the class. I learned that classroom arrangemnet like seating ,grouping affect how students will behave in the classroom. I agree with the point that picking on students at the end of the question instead of at the start . Teachers should establish good rapport with students and foster good rapport among students which is conducive to students involvment. As for maintaining discilpine, a good teacher should be a good problem behaviour finders and problem solvers. We should also fully recognize how family affect students' behaviour and formulated sttrategies geared to support those children who need additional help.
