I found it helpful to review English present tenses. I feel like I already knew most of this information intuitively, but having it laid it in a logical fashion definitely gave me better insight into the grammar forms and, I think, increased my ability to convey that information to others. I suspect that the present perfect tense will be very confusing for students as the actions are things that took place in the past.This unit was helpful in understanding how a teacher can teach better skills that will help students moving forward. The unit explored the different types of skills a student can use to understand a passage they are seeing or hearing for the first time. This is a good resource for teachers too, because they can think about things like different topics that may interest the age group they are teaching and cater to that.
