This unit covered the steps of lesson planning. Both flexibility and organization are incredibly valuable when developing lesson plans. A good teacher must be ready to change on the fly, while also having the finer details accounted for. Above all, it is important that the teacher has a learner objective behind every lesson plan - that is, a specific new piece of knowledge that can be demonstrably shown after having gone threw the lesson.Another useful unit on the use of conditionals and time expressions. I found it particularly helpful to have these grammar rules refreshed. The 'ideas for teaching' section could have been a bit more elaborate, especially because I can imagine this can be quite a dry subject to teach. I found it a very clear, compact way of explaining grammar ( e.g. with the translation table for tenses), definitely something I would use in the classroom.
