This unit talked about teaching the first lesson and potential difficult situations that teachers may face with different kinds of students. It talked about new groups and pre-existing groups and how to deal with those as far as establishing rapport and what kinds of problems the teacher could face with those groups. It also went over warmers and having a class with students who all have different English levels.This unit was focused on not how to teach business English, but how to obtain a job and career. I believe it's useful though. Still I feel there should be maybe one more unit about teaching business English. Perhaps a previous unit could be expanded. I mean this unit was the subject I would think as your extra support on us after finishing a certificate program. But obviously you felt the need to make it a unit..
