This unit was pretty useful because at the hagwon where I teach, we do not plan our own lessons. We just deliver the curriculum. Actually, I cannot use this material where I am now because of the hagwon rules, but I think I will make good use of it when I work at another school in the future and can plan my own lessons. I really appreciate the emphasis of this section on flexibility. That's what my school lacks right now. Even if I can see that there is some area where I need to spend more time with the students, I cannot because I must get through a tremendous amount of material every class. So in the future when I am planning lessons, I intend to always build in flexibility so that I can meet students' needs.
