This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:

Unit 19 was on teaching special groups. There are different kinds of people to teach and they can be broken down into five categories. The absolute beginner, the false beginner, adult beginners, young beginners, and the beginner without the roman alphabet. Each one can be taught differently according to their needs. Young beginners and adult beginners are one example. A small child will require many more visuals, repetition, and less corrections than adults. When teaching adults in business English, as a teacher you will need to research the needs of your students more. Certain fields might need different vocabulary than others.
