There are 7 of them according to this unit which are future simple, future continuous, future perfect, future perfect continuous, be going + infinitive, present simple, and present continuous.
Future tense is one of the most complex areas of the English language.
I did not use future perfect and future perfect continuous very often but reading this unit helped me to understand those better.This unit introduced topics I hadn't thought much of as a student watching my professors. I learned the technicalities behind seating positions and how to deal with uncooperative students. Small things such as writing on the board at certain times to improve the flow of the lesson and keep a good student talk time to teacher talk time ratio were also intricacies of teaching that had not crossed my mind, but I found very useful.
