In this unit, I learned that although different students have different learning styles and capabilities, there are some generally accepted formats or suggestions which I believe have been proven most effective for a greater number of regular language learners. Where teaching new vocabularies are concerned, it is also very helpful to know which factors were most important to consider.There are many aids available to teachers, but what we are able to use largely seems to depend on the location and school. It seems to me from reading this chapter that it's important for teachers to make material that is potentially malleable into other formats. It also seems that using a large variety of teaching aids whenever possible helps students learn from a variety of mediums.
