In this unit I've covered the different tenses used for expressing the future and how it's structured. I've learnt that each form of the future tense has a specific form and usage that should be used in the classroom to ensure student's understanding of its proper usage. Furthermore I've also learnt how a good understanding of the different usages can be vital for the teacher in order to explain and correct common mistakes made by students. Finally, I've also looked at some teaching ideas that can be used in the activate stage of my lesson where students will be given the opportunity to practice the new grammar structures.
