Unit 3 covers the development process of the clients. In this unit, we come to know that there are various factors to consider before the lesson commences. Prior to the lesson, it is the teacher's duty to gather information about the student or client. A simple English proficiency test can be given out to the students/clients in order to place them at the right level. Once they have been grouped into the levels, a simple Needs analysis test can be conducted, this is to determine the previous learning experience of the students. I have also learnt that syllabus designing is crucial because every student has some weakness in each skill and this might help improvise it.
