Good classroom management is one of the key factor to establish an effective learning environment. I found the analysis on the methods to group and arrange students in the classroom particularly useful. While using different ways to allow students to interact with each other and the teacher, it is also important to let our students feel comfortable as an individual so as to increase his/her interest and boost his/her confidence in the language. It may especially be a challenge when it comes to teaching students in a larger class size, therefore, I appreciate the suggestions on establishing rapport with all of the students in the class. Establishing a close bond with each of the student will certainly promote the student's language learning too.
