This Troubleshooting unit goes over different methods in resolving common problematic scenarios that occur in a classroom. Other sections included ideas in how to warm the students up, establishing rapport between students that are new to each other, and just simply methods to make the classroom simply a more cohesive place, whether you are dealing with large classrooms, classes whose learners have different ability levels, etc. I have learned a number of different methods from this unit, as well as previous ones in this course and I feel that I am a more able teacher after having completed this TEFL course.
