The video was a wonderful supplement. Since I have taught for 15 years the information was not new. However, points that relate specifically to English Language learners were informative: students need to see your mouth/face, greater emphasis given to students having more talk time. In a regular ed class we want them to talk less! The tests have an unusual amount of NOT and LEAST LIKELY questions. Are you testing my understanding of the material or my reading comprehension and test taking skills. While NOT and LEAST LIKELY questions add a level of rigor to an assessment I find them tedious.
