unit 17 is about equipment and teaching aids, and these are tools used by schools/teachers to assist students and enhance their learning experience. different schools have different resources at teachers? disposals, they can be as basic as white/blackboard, Cd players, DVD players, overhead projector, worksheet, work cards, computers, dictionaries and many more.these are designed to promote interaction, faster learning and better comprehension.Unit 7 has helped to understand how to teach by topic. This is a very important reflection because there is a lot of difference between for example a grammatical structure and a language function; the good teacher must know that. Unit 7 also provides ideas for Engage, Study and Activate stage for the different kind of lessons. I have learnt that ESA structure must change considering the level of the class and the language that will be introduced.
