I been thinking of the using of the book should be focus in the program to be teach, just the themes, what i mean is that we should have a book witch it just only have the base and we the teacher should find the way of introducing the task or aim to the students, although is right that for the teaches in there first year should have a really solid guide that how the book should be use, because in my opinion the book is just only the base and we are the one who creates the lessons.
and about this ESA exercise it would be nice to have a example in the lesson before giving the questions.I feel this was a good lesson to end the course on. It was a reminder to be a positive, friendly force within the classroom and that much of the classroom dynamic depends on the groundwork the teacher lays before day one. Having been a one of the weaker students in a language class before it was interesting to see the methods recommended in order to help the situation. I personally prefer the pairing of stronger and weaker students as different people have different levels of understanding for different topics, and so perhaps the strong and weak might switch roles for certain lessons.
