This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:

This unit goes over the conditional test and reported speech. In this lesson I learned about the five conditionals: zero conditional, first conditional, second conditional, third conditional and mixed conditionals. Conditionals occur the most during reported speech which is when one person reports a speech from another person. This can get complicated very quickly because of the changing time expressions and many mistakes occur so the teacher is advised to move slowly. This unit covered the importance of establishing report and figuring out the skill level of students during the first lesson of a class. It also explained how to deal with classes of mixed skill level, and large classes. I found this unit to be very important to me for when I start teaching soon and will need to plan out my first few classes. The class will probably be around 50 students as well, so I will be taking the advice on how to deal with a large class size.
