This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
in this unit we had to deal with modal, phrasal verbs and passive voice.modal verbs are used before other verbs to add meaning to the main verb such as, can, could, may, might, will, would, must, have to , have got to,need to, needn't to and ought to.They can be used to express a number of different ideas such as, obligations, possibility permission etc. While on the other hand phrasal verbs or multi verb words consist of a verb plus one or two particles(a particle maybe a preposition or an adverb or an adverb plus a preposition) and they operate as one item. on the other hand there are two types of passive voices that are used in english, the active and the passive voices.the active voice(my son chose the school bag) and the passive voice(the school bag was chosen by my son)on the active voice the focus is on the agent\"my son that is he is responsible\" and on the passive voice the focus is also on the subject the school bag.
