The introductory section much like any other was basic but provided a good overview ad introduction into the dynamic of students relationships with their professor. I am surprised about how specific the students language mastery was. There is a lot to learn between the different type of relationships with the classroom, as whole and as dyadic relationships with individual students.
The roll as a teacher is much more than being a person who is in charge and provides information. They mush wear many different hats to fit the need during that time. Assessing students at different levels, and encouraging students to continue their education. While the list of \"what makes a good teacher\" can never truly be quantified, there is a good list of characteristics that pave the way. One of the strongest characteristics I believe a teacher should have is a passion for building relationships and desire for others growth.
