The final unit has thrown light on the class dynamics and what a new teacher can expect in a new class. The way to differentiate the students based on their language abilities and then accordingly pair them with stronger students is also explained very well in this unit.The different challenges that a new teacher can face is also explained very well for e.g large classes also can benefit by using different techniques to ensure that the there is full class participation.Unit 3 has really opened my eyes to all the methodology used in teaching methods to engage, study and activate your students in the correct way.
I have learnt many new games that can be used to do this for example fizz buzz, scramble word games and so forth.
Also I found the straight arrow technique, boomerang technique and patchwork technique very interesting and helpful with regards to the structure of a lesson, making it unique and not so predictable to the students.
