This unit was about course books and lesson materials. I believe a good balance of materials is the best, the use of a course book can help teacher with little or no experience because it gives you something to follow, but after a while course books get boring and students get tired of always working out of a book, so I also believe that created material is great because you get to use games, teach based on impulse and create diversity in the class.In this unit entitled ?Classroom Management?, I learned how to organize and manage a class while maintaining a friendly, relaxed manner and keeping discipline in line. I learned about classroom arrangements (seating positions), teacher gestures, group work dynamics and distributing the talking time. I learned how to distinguish between the advantages and disadvantages of teacher talk time, as well as how to give instructions and develop rapport.
