This unit was mainly about how to manage a classroom through different set ups of the room, how to engage students, and the different way of making sure that tensions in the room are low. It went over when you would set up the room in certain ways as well as the uses of various eye and hand gestures to speed up the class or convey instructions. It also went over how to create a good rapport with your students and was to prevent misbehavior. In terms of misbehavior it went over the reasons such attitude is present and ways to deescalate a situation. I feel that I have learned how to manage a classroom, but until I get into a situation or am in the room talking, applying these lessons will be tricky. Even when teaching adults, I have had issues like this, and the way you act is really limited by the constraints of the institution in which you teach or instruct at.
