In this unit, they have emphasized the importance of writing a lesson plan ahead of the class. Therefore writing a lesson plan is very essential and beneficial for either students or teachers. it helps teachers to have structured plan to refer to at anytime. furthermore, it helps teachers to focus on the target objectives of classes, as well as it helps the students to have a standardized method of following up in the class with their teachers in a logical manner. Additionally, planning a class would definitely help teachers to monitor their classes and get the best efforts out of themselves. Planning the class as well would stimulate the students toward achieving the best outcome possible. Lastly, lesson plan would provide a record for the teachers to know where are they currently, and how far are they from achieving the improvement they need among their students. It would facilitate the follow up as well by other teaches if they need to carry out the task.
