Unit5, Classroom Management.
This unit is all about how to conduct lessons satisfactory to students. This unit contents reminds me that important is not only the contents of the class but rather the atmosphere and rapport. As I am a part time teacher, make classes and tell learners what is essential in this section and so on. And I have already had some notes that the relaxed learning atmosphere is very effective to make them to absorb the point of learning. So, this unit supports my intuition is right. However, I have not paid so much attention on Rapport. As I have learned the concept, it means relationship between students and the teacher with respect and confidence. It seems that I have not create this with awareness, so I will give a try to apply this matter into my part-time in the field.
