Most of things I've seen in this unit are what you really learn practicing inside the classroom. The teacher must bear in mind that these are details that make the class environment and the lessons more likely to be meaningful. The teacher should not take for granted the lack of experience of the learners. To be the teacher does not mean we know everything, it means we hold some knowledge and guidance skills, we are educators above all. As we go through the year with them, we also learn by experiencing their strenghs and weaknesses. This is what we go in the classroom for, to guide, to learn, to experience.
