This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
I have learned that when using simple past tense you should add ED or D to the base form of the verb if it is a regular verb, but if not a regular verb you should use irregular verbs this is the verbs that cannot be changed by adding ED or D to the end of it such as see-saw.Past continuous tense is formed by using the subject and then adding was/were+verb+ing and it is used for past actions that has been interrupted and also have other uses.Past perfect tense is formed by using the subject and then adding had + past participle eg: When i got there the match had started.Past perfect continuous tense is formed by using the subject and then adding had + been + verb + ing.
Eg: Before the game started , he had been praying.
