Unit 19 covers types of classes or clients that a teacher is likely to encounter, such as beginners, individuals, children, businesses, multilingual, and monolingual. Each type of class is defined and points of interest regarding ways to effectively teach each class are discussed.
I enjoyed this unit. I found it to be very thorough in covering not only the types of classes that I was already familiar with, but this unit also brought to my attention classes that I had never even considered I may encounter. The explanation of each class as well as the basic points that should be understood when engaging each specific class is very useful.
