The last unit describes the teacher as a mediator and a lively entertainer. He/she therefore needs to establish rapport between students, as well as the connection between students and himself/herself to bring everyone in a comfortable and fun atmosphere. Many activities and warmer ideas were mentioned. Some tricks to make it easier for the teacher to deal with common problematic situations such as large classes, different levels among the learners, the use of students' native language, reluctant students and difficulties with listening texts were finally shared to make of every lesson, an enjoyable experience. I believe that there couldn't have been a better way to finish this certification than with an introduction to the first course' best approaches since it'll be the next step. Overall, I found the course very interesting and complete as it was giving constant summaries and reminders of the previous ubiquitous concepts.
