In this unit, I learned everything there is to teach about new vocabulary, new grammatical structures and language functions. I also learned which are the criteria by which new language should be selected to be taught as well as some ideas of useful activities to employ during each stage of the excellent contrast of good verses bad example. the affect on the students was great to a large extent. the attitude of the teacher in the 1st lesson really stifled the students and there was a nervous, i don't want to participate feeling. what a great visual aid for how i wish to teach successfully.
