Business English is not much different from your normal everyday language in my opinion. The basics are there and the main idea for the English is to make sure that the person is a little more formal with the words they choose to install confidence in the person they might be doing business with.Some very good information in this unit with regard to using the internet to research and compile materials to be included in a lesson plan. Although there was a lot less text to study and use to complete the test at the end, information could be gained from previous study and from various sites.This lesson again is very confusing and tricky, yet very helpful and beneficial. I think the confusion comes due to many similarities to a previous lesson and more you spend rime reading it over I feel like the more you get confused. But overall very helpful tools in this lesson had been thought.
