I am really glad this aspect was described and expleined here so deatiled. Obviously in different groups all the cruterias can vary from the age to level. Moreover when it comes to a different type of English a teacher has to teach (for example Business English), the changes become dramatically diverse. I understood the differences of using the sets of tools appropriate to each group of learners. I suppose some of the groups mentioned above can be more suitable for the each teacher´s personality and others more challenging. I guess the best way to get the maximum result is to try to work with the whole divercity of the students level wise, age wise and course wise to see which one is the closer for your personality so both the input and output would be greater.
