Thank you.I think that encouraging students to use English only in the class is conducive to their success in future situations where they need to speak or write in English. Also, when teaching classes where its the first lesson, I find it important to establish rapport, first. On the other hand, when teaching an existing class, It wont be as necessary to establish initial rapport.
