In unit twenty I learnt more about typical problems during a lesson. Teaching existing group is much easier than brand new group. Anyhow on the first lesson teacher should establish rapport with students, so it is better do not use a course book just activities. When a lesson just began teacher should warm up students, to encourage them. As warmer activity for adults teacher can use activities like hangman or memory game, for younger students it also can be dance. Sometimes there are students with different level of English language in the same group. Thus teacher should prepare some special task for stronger students ( extra worksheets, the same theme but more difficult task) and pair stronger student with weaker one. Also teacher should encourage students to use English.
